Split Awareness: Keep a small part of your awareness in the lower center, while simultaneously sensing the fingertips.

"What am I supposed to feel?"
You’re supposed to feel whatever you feel. Even if you feel nothing — that’s still awareness.
If you feel warmth, tingling, pressure, or a need to pee — all of that is just energy moving. It’s all welcome.

"Can I do it with my eyes closed?"
In this stage — no. Point, look, and feel. The structure matters. This is training, not preference.

The Bigger Picture

You may begin at Level 0 — where you can’t feel anything inside. That’s completely normal.

But if you keep practicing, as Joel reminds us:

“You’re not creating anything new — you’re simply becoming conscious of what was already happening.”
