Learn To Collect Your Awareness Stage 1 The Kinetic Opener Episode 4

Welcome back to Learn How to Meditate.

In this fourth episode of Joel Skipper’s Consciousness Development System, we deepen our embodied awareness by extending it down into the feet, legs, and hips — the foundational areas that literally and energetically support our lives.

If you’ve been following along, you’ve already awakened sensation through the hands, heart, and lower center. Now, we go deeper — and lower — into the base of the body.

The Journey Downward Begins

As Joel reminds us, "Meditation means building your consciousness." And to build it, you need to awaken more of your inner landscape — especially the parts you've never paid attention to.

In this session, you will:

Revisit and refine awareness of each individual finger and knuckle

Deepen connection with the heart, solar plexus, and lower center

Begin sensing each toe, just as you did with your fingers

Explore the soles of the feet

Move awareness through the knees and hips

Reflect on the purpose and power of long-term internal development

This is real inner training — not theory, not imagination. It's grounded in sensation, attention, and repetition.

New Skills: From Hands to Feet
Refinement in the Hands
The session begins with a detailed return to the fingers — this time focusing on each middle knuckle and circling them for increased awareness. Joel emphasizes why this matters:

"The hands give us the ability to do a lot of stuff. They're sensitive, and that sensitivity helps us learn to feel other parts of ourselves."

Deepening the Core Connection

From the fingertips, you move again through the shoulder, heart, and down to the lower center. These reviews are fast, but they're essential — layering awareness through repetition and structure.

Awakening the Feet

You are guided through each toe, just like you were with the fingers — from the tip to the base, then through the entire sole of the foot.

Joel offers reassurance:

“You might feel old injuries or aching. That’s okay. It’s your body healing. Feeling is the first step in restoring what’s been blocked.”

Up Through the Legs
From the feet, you move awareness upward:

From foot to knee

From knee to hip joint

All the way back down

You’re learning to hold awareness through larger and denser parts of the body, using both hands to guide and feel. This training strengthens your internal sensitivity — a key to deeper meditative states.

Why the Legs Matter

Joel shares why working with the legs is more than physical:

“There’s a lot of awareness in your feet and legs. You unconsciously monitor your weight and balance. Now you’re making that awareness conscious.”

This practice turns ordinary movement — walking, standing — into energetic training. You’re not just moving your body. You’re rebuilding your sensory map from the ground up.

Reflections and Insights

Throughout this episode, Joel shares personal reflections on what drove him:

“I always had a feeling we were capable of more. Not like the movies, but more real. I didn’t want belief. I wanted skills. Tools. Results.”

“Do I need a special diet for this training?”
No. Just be aware that as your consciousness grows, your body may naturally change its preferences. What you once craved might no longer serve you. Let the process guide you — no rules, just awareness.

“What if I feel knots, tension, or even pain?”
That’s a sign something is waking up. Pain is part of healing — and consciousness allows you to notice it, integrate it, and eventually release it.

Building a New Kind of Awareness
