In this session, Joel introduces a powerful new challenge: maintaining awareness in the lower center (your center of gravity, located a few inches below the navel) while also directing attention to your limbs. That means:

Expanding awareness from fingertips to lower center

Anchoring sensation in both legs and hips while staying centered

Directing energy through multitasking — real dual awareness

This is more than a technique — it’s a real shift in your conscious capacity. Most people think they’re multitasking when they’re just switching back and forth. Here, you begin to truly do more with your awareness. And as Joel reminds us, it’s okay if you don’t get it perfect. The effort itself grows your capacity.
