In this second guided session of the Consciousness Development System, we move beyond the basics.

If you’ve completed the first Kinetic Opener session, you’ve already learned how to direct your awareness inside a single finger. Now, we’re going bigger — and deeper.

In today’s training, you’ll be guided to build your inner awareness through all five fingers, across the hand, up the arm, and to the shoulder. This may sound simple — but the effect is profound.

This is how you awaken the body as a conscious instrument.

Why This Practice Works

Your awareness, energy, and blood flow are deeply connected. Where you place your attention, energy follows. Where energy goes, blood follows.

This is not spiritual metaphor — it’s something you can observe and feel for yourself.

In this session, Joel Skipper guides Lenny (and you) to:

Develop awareness in each finger, one at a time

Compare sensitivity between hands

Move awareness up to the wrist, elbow, and shoulder

Use visual focus and pointing to deepen energetic connection

You’ll begin to feel the difference between surface sensation and deep awareness. Some areas may feel vivid, while others seem numb — and that’s okay. As Joel explains:

“If you just keep pushing, you’ll go through it. And when you do, you’ll feel it on the other side.”

Hands, Arms, and Awareness

Moving awareness in each finger, both physically and without touch
